WHAT THEY DO WHEN POLICE HARM WHITE PEOPLE


Let’s fire ALL of the white cops from elsewheres patrolling and brutalizing Black spaces and train and hire within with mandates from the community itself and watch 95% of our newsfeed just **poof** disappear.

That’s what white folk do when police injustice happens to white folk.

One no-knock raid on one white family caught on film and they suspended the entire police department.

One white nurse Wubbels gets handcuffed and they ban ALL COPS from their hospital.

One white woman shot while banging on the back of the windshield of a police car

(something that no Black person would EVER do and if they did, even WE would roll our eyes at her stupidity)

and the police CHIEF gets fired (they force her to resign). Then they try and sentence the Black cop to 12 years (not eligible for parole ‘til year 8).

All without their families doing one protest march. The media didn’t delve into her criminal records or mental health.

The family gets 20million before they even have time to hire a lawyer and the people we talk to are quick to make asinine excuses that their media has spoon fed them

like she called them for help and the other cop in the car could have been injured in the process.

As if when cops unload countless rounds in a Black body from all sides that there’s no risk of them or some other bystanders being injured?!?

It hurts my brain to even reason with those who are on that delusional level. That’s reason #7 why I had to ban the white gaze entirely.

But we settle for calling for the firing of the cops involved, knowing that if they are fired, they’ll just rehire them again when the heat dies down.

Or they’ll rehire them in another Black township (like they did with Darren Wilson, who later ended up murdering Mike Brown).

Or they’ll take them off the streets and have them ride desk duty for a while (like they did with Pantaleo at 120 grand a year).

The list goes on and on and that doesn’t include their GoFundMe payoff support or the media’s criminalization of the victim

or how the judges, defense team AND prosecutors and media are all in cahoots to get the white cop off because they all drink from the same systemic racism watering hole.

And if they do seek to change the system from within, they get digested themselves (See Judge Olu or Marilyn Mosby or Shiping Bao).

It’s why before we can blink, their judges decide that the Flint water poisoning cannot be prosecuted.

And I could go on and on with the EVILS THAT WE ALREADY KNOW ABOUT!

If we do feel that our lives matter as much as theirs and we want equal justice then we have to call for equal treatment.

The trouble is that we’ve NEVER had equality but have settled for less.

We need to own the fact that we’ve been duped the whole time, demand reparations, kick ALL of the white cops from elsewheres out of Black spaces (where they are patrolling to the tune of 95%)!

It’s like there’s some sort of spell preventing folk from seeing the obvious. Either we break the spell or the spell breaks us.

Can’t wait ‘til we have our own media. Everything changes.

WE DEAL WITH RACISM ON ALL FRONTS We deal with systemic racism on all fronts. We mentor; we start programs to protect our kids; we fire ALL of the white cops from elsewheres patrolling and brutalizing Black spaces who funnel in the drugs and the guns with impunity then lock up our kids for having (or using) them. And where do kids get guns for drive-bys? (Rhetorical) And do an inordinate amount of crimes occur in Black spaces in Baltimore and Detroit and L.A. as opposed to NY because Black folk in our city have more character and higher morals? (Also rhetorical) It’s because cops are not allowed to pump these things in here! We do have CHILD rape rings here which rival Florida, Texas and possibly even California (California is a dense, big state). We need to fire ALL of the white cops from elsewheres patrolling and brutalizing Black spaces! And regarding the white people and the Black folk who worship them who aid systemic racism through complicity, ignorance and arrog...

SO WHERE’S THE UPROAR…?

 So where is the uproar when not one but two Black women world champions bow out from their sport because of the racist media for health reasons?  Their media of course focuses in on the “health reasons“ but we all know the truth!  Did Michael Jordan put a black tape over his mouth to stop speaking to the racist press for health reasons? Did Eddie Murphy only give interviews with Bryant Gumbel because of the racist press for health reasons? When we look at the interviews at the races press conducted with Mohammed Ally, they’re all about how he’s slowing down. No one mentions how our government took three years from him while he was in his boxing Prime! White people, boy! Can’t wait ‘til we have our own media. Everything changes.
