THE DNC SMOKING MEMO

Again, let’s break things down:

Conservatives will not switch parties. Liberals will not switch parties. Black folk rocking the vote in swing states were the determining factor in this past election cycle.

It was Hillary or Bernie’s race to win. And back then, the going rate for my vote was cheap! A mandate declaring NO MORE HASHTAGS OF UNARMED BLACK CHILDREN BY WHITE COPS!

They wouldn’t have even needed to have a comprehensive plan by election. The statement would have been enough.

Everyone else including the cops would have voted the same but Black folk would’ve turned up in droves!

All it took for DiBlasio to be elected Mayor twice! was for that white man to show his Black family (in particular his son with the poofy, poofy Afro).

The papers hate him. The cops hate him. And all of the white folk who don’t have a Black friend NOT in their employ hate him.

But he got elected twice. That’s the power of the Black turnout.

Today, the price of my vote is much, much higher. Back then, they thought it was high and their racist denial convinced them that paying for my turnout was not necessary.

Denial is probably telling them once again that this time with the antics of 45, they’ve got this one in the bag! They would be wrong...again.

And come 2020 when they lose again, hindsight will kick in and they’ll say, ‘Was reparations and firing all of the white cops from elsewheres really all that much compared to what we just lost? But by then it’ll be too late...again.

Of course, there was the DNC smoking memo warning lib candidates to show us no love.

And for the discerning (which is why I saved this portion ‘til last), this indicates that the DNC and the GOP which both kowtow to the military, the corporations and police unions

play back and forth with the parties in order to give a semblance of choice.

In short, it doesn’t matter the strength of the horse if the Jockeys riding them are mandated when to surge and when to hang back.

Can’t wait ‘til we have our own media. Everything changes.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERSUASION AND CONVICTION

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERSUASION AND CONVICTION Decades ago, in my teens, my oldest brother and I had a talk where I said, “Can you believe that they’re having another gay pride parade?” He told me that he participated in a gay pride parade. Then we just stared at one another - and because many don’t know how to communicate without language, I will translate: Me: (But you’re not gay) Him: (True, but our struggle is their struggle and theirs is ours) Me: (Hmmm. Now I have to rethink everything because this is my brother whom I love challenging my core beliefs). I was persuaded that day. Today, my brother is long dead but I’m still reposting. That’s called CONVICTION.

ON SCAPEGOATING WHITE SAVAGERY

Those who brought their CHILDREN to lynchings dressed in their Sunday best are not ghouls or monsters or any more racist than white folk are today. They’re just people conditioned to do what white savagery tells them is acceptable. And decades from now, they’ll scapegoat the white folk today who ignore the hashtags, refuse to say fire ALL of the white cops from elsewheres, creating the most incarcerating nation on the planet...EVER! All while continuing their 22nd century conditioned evils without a thought of repenting. It’s like there’s some sort of spell...

When white folk dump, we can’t get Angry about it

I got angry over a white (almost white) person saying that I’m overreacting. Immediately afterwards, I berated myself, thinking that I should’ve held my cool. But just as we laud those black heroes who articulate the pain rather than express it, we condemn ourselves for feeling what is normal to feel.  Part of colonization says that I have no right to be angry and that my anger is naturally perceived as a threat so it’s in my best interest to hold my tongue. This is not normal. We must break the economic, physical, emotional and spiritual consequences to be true human beings. Otherwise we’re just lying to ourselves. “How dare they get angry over our oppression of them!”
