Community policing ONLY!

Fire the white cops from elsewheres and train and hire within with mandates from the community itself and watch 95% of our newsfeed just **poof** disappear.

It's not just that these cops murder unarmed men, women and CHILDREN with impunity which would be bad enough, 

but they facilitate the bringing in of drugs, guns and crime as well as decrease the go-around dollar which would increase with those within the community serving and protecting.

And this is all by design with white men recruited out of High School to police Black neighborhoods at a ratio of 90% or more.

Again, if they recruited me to police your area and told me that it was because you couldn't do for yourself, I wouldn't respect you either.

Fire them ALL!
