ALL WE NEED IS CONVICTION AND IMAGINATION

In 1981, Reagan fired over 11,000 striking air traffic controllers because of plane delays. PLANE DELAYS!

Then he imposed a lifetime ban on all strikers who did not immediately return to work. That means that long after he left office, they could NEVER be hired again.

So don't tell me that firing white cops from elsewheres and training and hiring within with mandates from the community itself is not feasible!

All we need is conviction and imagination.
