THE PLAN FOR COMMUNITY POLICING


Their media tries to spin cops as protectors of the city but they have their origins as slave-catchers and that’s who they are and whom they serve.

Reforms clearly do not work since residency, bodycams, civilian oversight

and added hate-crime laws can be rewired even to serve the corruption instead of protect from it.

Residency is thwarted by having police live in enclaves like Rockland  County.

The conditioning is so strong that indignation at viewing our deaths is non-existent.

They might as well be eating popcorn while they view our deaths and that of our CHILDREN.

Civilian oversight is a joke, like IAB where a cop is STILL a cop

and those fired in one county are hired in another.

Then the hate-crime laws and the latest hands-up law that they’re floating is a sick joke today.

If we were considered fully human, these added laws wouldn’t be needed.

Like the anti-lynching laws of the past.

And now the corruption runs so deep and so brazen that the lead pathologist comes out with Garner NOT being choked out

- an EVIL that the whole world witnessed. So what do I mean and how is it different from what we witnessed in the 90’s?

(Yes, I’m a New Yorker born in the Bronx and raised in Queens).

Community policing ONLY

will start out in chocolate counties that are patrolled by 95% white cops.

We fire ALL of them. Then we train and hire within with mandates from the community itself,

retiring them at full pension whether they’ve done one year or their full twenty.

Those rehired from the community or county will get half the pay of the outgoing force.

The perk will be full medical and dental benefits along with life insurance and a guaranteed loan on a home in the area.

Of course they say we can’t do this but they already demote and fire those officers who refuse to slink down to their corrupt standards.

One immediate asset we’ll gain back is our intellectual energy.

We’ll no longer spend the bulk of our time pondering what to say when we’re stopped and frisked or writing angry posts like this one.

Of course, we’ll have to bribe (donate to) our politicians both locally and in surrounding districts to keep them from bombing us out entirely.

Never underestimate what hatred is capable of.

We’ll need to fight it by appealing to their own self-interest.

This will include appeasing those institutions that previously profited from our Black bodies like the PIC (at least for a time).

This world currently functions on money and with the money and intellect saved, we’ll be in the black right away.

The 2 main reason why this will work is because:

1. There is no one leader that can be offed; there’s only the plan - and it’s out in the open.

2. It includes everyone’s self-interest from white cops who retire early to private prisons and politicians who take donations from us.

But our CHILDREN will be safe (safe as they can be in this corrupt and corrupted world) and we won’t have drugs and guns flooding in

while our CHILDREN are kidnapped out.

Can’t wait ‘til we have our own media. Everything changes.

WE DEAL WITH RACISM ON ALL FRONTS We deal with systemic racism on all fronts. We mentor; we start programs to protect our kids; we fire ALL of the white cops from elsewheres patrolling and brutalizing Black spaces who funnel in the drugs and the guns with impunity then lock up our kids for having (or using) them. And where do kids get guns for drive-bys? (Rhetorical) And do an inordinate amount of crimes occur in Black spaces in Baltimore and Detroit and L.A. as opposed to NY because Black folk in our city have more character and higher morals? (Also rhetorical) It’s because cops are not allowed to pump these things in here! We do have CHILD rape rings here which rival Florida, Texas and possibly even California (California is a dense, big state). We need to fire ALL of the white cops from elsewheres patrolling and brutalizing Black spaces! And regarding the white people and the Black folk who worship them who aid systemic racism through complicity, ignorance and arrog...

SO WHERE’S THE UPROAR…?

 So where is the uproar when not one but two Black women world champions bow out from their sport because of the racist media for health reasons?  Their media of course focuses in on the “health reasons“ but we all know the truth!  Did Michael Jordan put a black tape over his mouth to stop speaking to the racist press for health reasons? Did Eddie Murphy only give interviews with Bryant Gumbel because of the racist press for health reasons? When we look at the interviews at the races press conducted with Mohammed Ally, they’re all about how he’s slowing down. No one mentions how our government took three years from him while he was in his boxing Prime! White people, boy! Can’t wait ‘til we have our own media. Everything changes.
